Albert One

It recommends. It calls ahead. It hands over the rest.

Three modules behind one key. Switch on the ones you need from the console, leave the others off.

01 · Ask Albert

An AI concierge, by conversation.

Your user asks in their own words. Albert answers from a hand-picked collection of places, with cards you can show, and files the mission when something needs arranging.

02 · Voice Agent

It picks up the phone.

Albert calls the restaurant, asks for the table, takes another time if it fits, and confirms. Restaurants in the United States for now.

03 · Albert Connect

A person, when it takes one.

What the AI cannot close goes to one vetted concierge of the Albert Connect network. Opened after a review by our team.

01 · Ask Albert

It knows where to go.

Because a person chose every place.

Restaurants, bars, hotels, spas, beach clubs: Ask Albert recommends only from places our team has vetted and published, and returns them as cards with a photo, an area and a price range. It mirrors your user's language, asks no more than it needs, and when your user wants it arranged, it files the mission in the same call.

  • One call per turn

Send what your user said, show what comes back.

  • Cards, not links

Every recommendation is a place you can render.

  • Any language

Albert answers in the language it is spoken to.

  • Missions, ready to act

What, when and where, filed when the user says go.

02 · Voice Agent

It picks up the phone.

So your user does not have to.

Available for restaurants in the United States for now. Albert checks the opening hours before it dials, calls back thirty seconds after a cut line and five minutes after no answer, and remembers what was said.

request.updated

  • Within your window

It takes another time only inside the range your user accepts, and never anything else.

  • Honest on the line

It says it is calling from Albert One, and that it is an AI if anyone asks.

  • Albert One's number

When the venue asks for a number, it gives Albert One's line, never your user's.

  • Every call in your log

Outcome, duration and the transcript, in the console and by webhook.

03 · Albert Connect

And when it takes a person.

One concierge. Never an auction.

A private jet, a villa, a table no one can get: what the AI cannot close goes to the Albert Connect network of concierges, each one approved by a person. The first to accept takes it, and talks to your user in the thread your app already shows.

01

Albert files the mission

What, when, where, and everything your user volunteered, in one request.

02

One concierge accepts

Offered to the right people in the right city, first acceptance wins. Your user deals with one person.

03

You follow every step

Status, messages, the quote and the payment, by API and by webhook.

Opened after a review by our team.

Ask Albert and the Voice Agent are yours the minute you sign up. Albert Connect puts real people to work for your users, so we read your request first. Without it, missions come back to your own team by webhook.

Before you ask

The questions every team asks us.

Where do Albert's recommendations come from?

From places our team chose and published by hand: 1,073 of them across 11 cities. Ask Albert never recommends a place from memory and never invents one.

Where can the Voice Agent call?

Restaurants in the United States for now. It introduces itself as calling from Albert One, says it is an AI if asked, gives Albert One's own number rather than your user's, and calls back if the line is cut.

What happens when the AI cannot close it?

Without Albert Connect, the mission comes back to your own team by webhook (mission.handoff). With Albert Connect, one vetted concierge takes it and talks to your user in the thread.

How does billing work?

By card, through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly with their overage; pay as you go is billed on usage and starts with a $500 monthly spending cap, raised on request. Change or cancel whenever you like.

What does a test key do?

Test keys, on any plan, do everything a live key does against a showcase of places, with nothing billed, booked or dispatched. They get 1,000 turns a month of their own (the free Sandbox plan itself includes 50 live-model turns), so you can build a whole integration before paying a cent.

What do you keep of my users' messages?

What the service needs to run: the conversation and the mission it files. The request log you see in the console keeps bodies for 14 days, then only the line remains.
